By subscribing to and using Gallaa’s platform and services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Eligibility & Account
Gallaa is designed for use by registered businesses, including manufacturers, wholesalers, and retailers.
Users must provide accurate and complete information during account registration.
You are solely responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and any activity under your account.

2. Services Provided
Gallaa provides a digital platform to support business operations, product showcasing, inventory tracking, and subscription-based features.
We may modify, enhance, or discontinue certain features from time to time without prior notice.

3. Subscriptions & Fees
Access to premium features of Gallaa is provided through subscription plans.
Subscription fees must be paid in advance, according to the billing cycle chosen (monthly/quarterly/annual).
All fees are non-refundable once charged.

4. Cancellation & Termination
Subscription Cancellation by User:
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard.
Cancellation stops future billing, but fees already paid are non-refundable.
You will retain access to paid features until the end of the current billing cycle.

Termination by Gallaa:
Gallaa may suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information, engage in misuse, or violate these Terms.
In such cases, no refund will be provided.

5. Refund Policy
No refunds are provided for subscription fees, once payment has been processed.

6. Limitation of Liability
Gallaa provides its platform and services on an “as is” basis.
We make no warranties regarding uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or compatibility with all devices/systems.
Gallaa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or business-related losses arising from the use of the platform.

7. Modifications
Gallaa reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time.
Continued use of the platform after updates will constitute acceptance of the revised terms.
